Exam

I had an exam at 5pm which is quite unbelievable ... not really since I did have an exam at that time during January exams; which was during the morning but then we had to do the exam again because the exam paper we did was a past exam paper so the second time was at 5pm til 7pm, which was pretty good since we got free leftover lunches from university lol! I'm glad we got to resit since I was pretty bummed at the 1st paper even though I knew it was the past exam paper during the exam since I tried to do the past exam paper beforehand.

Anyway today, was at 5pm, I was thinking during the day before travelling to university, what if something happens to the bus and makes me late to the exam? I was like shitting myself thinking about that but then I was thinking nah don't be silly... When I was on the bus to town, the oddest thing happened.. the bus driver was like literally stopping at ever stop even if there wasn't any passenger wanting to stop nor anyone at the bus stop, I was thinking what if it doesn't make it in town in time for my exam?

The exam was shit like usual.. :( I think my university that I'm in now it too high for my knowledge ...perhaps another university is required... but I love this university ... perhaps I should try a different course a totally new one.

sad poo

I woke up at 5am to do some extra revision for my 4hours exam starting at 9am; the exam is a open book & notes. So a good tip from me, Get your lecture notes, make a contents page so you know what lecture number you are searching for.

Well during the beginning of the 4hours exams, I was thinking "hmm... perhaps it won't be so hard this time". Boi, I was so wrong, the questions went from okay questions to extra hard, and the worst was when we had to make a program of playing some dice game, now is rated extra X 10 Hard!

Complaining

I did just revision of Programming of Java, since exam for 4hours is tomorrow and that's going to make my belly grumble for food. I bet I'm going to leave very early as would just cry out of it's hardness of exam. I bet I'm going to fail.

The snails which we salted on yesterday; one is disappeared out of the plant pot, I don't know where it went at all. The second snail, weird enough is still alive and decided to crawl upright on the plant so it avoids my brother salting it at all (well that's what I believe).

White Chicks was on Channel5 at 9ish, I decided to watch abit (10minutes), so hilarious seen it in the cinema when it was out ages ago and boi, best film ever!

I asked my sister in the morning:
"Why you up so early everyday?"
She goes to me:
"to clean up as I don't want mum to always complain about stuff"
I go to her:
"No matter what, mum will always complain. As you don't really praise people who are grown-ups as you would always know what is good. People usually complain about the stuff that isn't good because they want it to be perfect no matter what. They will always try to find something to complain about if so.".

Which is true in my opinion.

Foamy snails

Today, I went to the dentist and boy it took forever to wait for other patients to be done. I got in after 15minutes and it got done like in 2minutes ... T_T. I haven't really got anything to do with my teeth, just a check-up since my teeth isn't all bad yet. However, I do have one tooth decay but I had that for ages now. It isn't all that noticeable anyway.

After lunch, I told my brother to kill the snails which were on our indoor plants since it's no good for the plants. So my brother got salt container and slightly scattered on the area where the snails were, but still no effect was happening to them; they did wake up from their shells though.

So my brother poured abit more salt on one of the snail since the other was underneath the plant's leaf; Wooosh! It had foam coming out of it's shell whilst it's body gone was inside or something. It was so gross! I would have told my dad to kill it but he went to work, this was no fun it made me feel sick but I was there to keep my brother company. The other one went on upper part of the leaf so my brother poured salt on it, and more foam came out and it rolled onto the soil in the pot.

15 minutes after the event, I thought it was dead so I checked up on it; WHAT!?! One was still moving. So I told my brother and he put abit more salt on it... then no more moving for them for abit.

Now I think it's dead, but we are not going to move it out from the plant pot, we shall just wait for our parents to realised that it's there.

Bug killer!!! I know we are, there's plenty more snails in the garden, go grab all the snails from my garden and keep them for good. So both worlds would be happy. Snail free garden :P

Accept it or not?

Today, I woke up about 6.30ish to make a copy of some softwares from the internet for A (to be able to use DrJava at home since she could download it but she had a virus somehow and is unsure about downloading anything from the internet again). So I did that and I also made her a card.

I decided to go to university to give A her birthday present and my original home-made card lol! Oh, as well as the copied cd. I didn't give anything special since I didn't have enough time to do so. I gave her £15.

Whilst at university, A goes to me "no, I can't accept this much money as a present" I was "wah!". As that's how much I usually give friends... sometimes... O.o Well some friends aren't great at all.

Once in high school, I suggested Secret Santa to my friends from sitcom Friends. Since I thought it would be good to have fun with presents. There was 5 of us and I found out that someone named Alice(yes that's her real name but she won't know who I am since I'm anonymous person in a way hahha!) had to get me a present... who I disliked quite abit, as she thinks she's all that and has priority over certain people like me in the group :O

She once pushed between me and one of my friends whilst I was talking to her! How rude of her! Anyway back to the Secret Santa, so I suggested that we should at least spend £5 to £10 for xmas present. So when we got presents from our Secret Santa (Alice for me =S ), I got a present which didn't even look like it's worth even £2! It was a teddy from a cartoon show.. (don't remember the name of the show, it was about a mouse in space who didn't talk but just whistled in a way? Which was aimed at young kids! I'm not a flipping kid anymore, there's no point of a flipping teddy! That's when I suggested never do a Secret Santa with friends ever again!

So A didn't accept it all, but only a £5.... oh well at least she did take something I guess... =S But we did have a big debate about accepting the cash of present or not ^_^"

Database exam

Happy Birthday to my friend, A who finally turned 19!

Today was our exam for database module starting at 9am. I arrived at the destination of where the exam was taking place, the computing labs. (Since we had to use the SQL on the computers).

I didn't give anything to A today on her birthday as I was mainly revising my socks off yesterday copying codes and all sorts ... Anyway, I think she did realise that herself. But to honour her turning 19 today, at the hour of today (12am) I texted her about 10text messages saying happy birthday in different ways lol!

Anyway, we went into exam which was going to be for 2hours. At the start of the exam, what the ... !???!!! Everyone started panicking already because of stupid SQL database wouldn't work on our usernames. During this time, I saw our lecturer like banging his head on the wall, thinking about probably how shit this is already gone. After like a few minutes, they fixed the problem but still some people couldn't get on. I could give you the basics of how the exam questions was since I don't remember everything of that paper:
All the questions was based on the SQL database stored in the computer.

Question 1, about drawing a ER Diagram of the SQL (I did crap in that question since I didn't know how to draw it and didn't know how much to write in it. Also it was worth 10points!).

Question 2, about certain definition like primary key, composite key, foreign key, and using it for examples. (I want to crawl into a ball now).

Question 3, about something like database transaction, and using the SQL to illustrate some of the answers. (I didn't know the answer at all! Wah!!!).

Question 4, about what was wrong with the queries to alter the SQL database. ( I know for sure that the last part of this question went wrong since I didn't know what was wrong with the query).

Question 5, about doing certain queries to get specific answers. ( I think I did okay in this bit though, the last part of this question was rushed since I didn't know how to get the query, until I realised that I forgot to do add something onto the query, and it was at the last minutes before time was up).

Question 6, about adding certain stuff on the SQL database and having to write the SQL formula on paper. (don't think I got many marks for this question).

The exam overall I thought it was so much better than yesterday's Economics exam. But I think 2hours is not enough to do all those questions especially on computers. We had like 10minutes extra because of the problem of SQL not working for everyone at the start. The weird thing was that one person left very early during the exam, it wasn't even an hour into the exam and I think the person had finished already. Dang, that must be some very geeky boy or perhaps he didn't know any and just guessed it all?

Just found out that I did totally crap in my exam!!! Look at what the lecturer wrote on the database module newsgroup about what qu4 does:

What the eck?!? The whole bloody question was to find out if it existed or not?!?!!!!!!!!!! WAHHHH!!!! I didn't do anything like that at all!!! D': ... poo.

Economics exam

Today was my first exam out of 5exams which would determine if I would be still at the university or not, shit is it not?

I haven't revised all my notes yet so I decided to wake up at 5am to revise for it. Whilst revising at the early hours of dawn, I noticed something on the wall of our fireplace; I look stare at the unknown thing and my heart jumped faster to realise that it was a snail! How the eck did a snail get into our house especially into the living room?!? No, I'm a chicken to be able to dare to move the snail. I just decided revising more important than a snail on the fireplace wall. When I looked up to check where the snail had gone ... gone? I decided to carefully walk closer to the spot where the snail was, guess where it was sliming to ... up the chimney; like I flipping care for it's life, just decided to let the snail slime it's way up onto the roof.

Well it was starting at 9am for 3hours the exam, there were 33questions for each type of economics (Micro and Macro). The weird thing was that it was 3hours yet it was all multiple choice questions you would think that wouldn't be too hard, however it was very hard questions which included mathematics solving and all.

My friends who does economics as well, finished the exam earlier than me D: unbelievable! There were about 400 students who does economics too lol! I was sat at seat number58 when surname beginning with 'C', whilst my friend who's surname began with 'W' sat at seat number340, see alot of students haha!

After the exam which ended about 12.30, there was probably about 20 people left in the exam hall from the economics students, lol!

Well basically to put to the point for how I thought this exam paper went, it was so bad that I wanted to crawl into a ball and throw myself off the cliff, yes.

After the exam, I went to computer labs to see A; she had an exam starting at 1pm for 2hours. After she went for her exam, I decided to stay there for abit to print out some notes for tomorrow's exam.

A told me during the 5minutes before she went for her exam, how someone has emailed her back and asked her if he could borrow her notes. But the weird thing was that he doesn't really know her at all, only to know that they do some computing modules together in the lecture of 100+ students. We realised that he lied about how he retrieved her email address of the university; since he said about finding it in the computing common room, however we know that there isn't any email address of her's at all there. Lol! What a sucker liar XD

Im glad my life isn't all exciting! As i'll rather let it come to me instead ;)

Guilty as charged

Today I went into university (yes two times in a row on my study week but I am with my friend so :P ). I decided to go very early in the morning to do some work for exams coming soon. I caught the bus to town about 9ish so got there about 9.30ish and so that's pretty early still. I was in the computer labs doing some revision questions, there was like 1 other person who was there before me :O GEEEEK!!! HaHaHa!

When I was at the computer labs when A texted me asking when I was coming into university; as soon as I texted her, I think she rushed to get ready to go asap. As the next text was about 10minutes later, saying she was on the bus. Eeep I rushed her to come into university =S Oops. I should have said coming about 12ish or something so I don't have to rush her. But anyway, I had to go at 2pm to get the bus home. As yesterday made myself feel guilty with the youngest cousin, when they were going into the taxi to go to the hospital. The youngest goes to me:
"Are you going to take the bus to the hospital?"
I replied: "Yes, Yes", I wasn't thinking about what I said. As I didn't go to the hospital but stayed home. So I decided today, that I would go home earlier to spend some time with my cousin and to relieve me from this guilt.

I was suppose to meet JJ too at the labs to do database revision about 11.00ish, so was doing work and busy working out all the answers for the questions as it was open notes exam. It turned to like 12.00 and that's when JJ came... kind of late isn't she? Well, I just spent some time talking to her about how much revision each other done and such, and that took 30mins. But since A wanted to go eat lunch, I sorta just left JJ... even though we were suppose to do some work together.. but I had to go home soon since I had a guilt to my cousin. :S

So went home eventually, my sister and my cousin was about to go to the park... so I decided to go with them. But I asked my sister:
"Did "she"(cousin) say anything about me not turning up to the hospital?"
She goes:
"No"
I guess, she forgot... which is good relief... otherwise she would hate me forever :O

So I went to the park with them, I didn't play or hang out with my cousin at first, as I was just too darn lazy... so I just sat at the bench letting my sister take her up to the slide and such. But cousin came up to me, and said in cantonese:
"What are you doing?"
I replied:
"Just sitting here"
She replied very quickly:
"I am going to sit here too".
But I didn't want her to just sit around doing nothing, so I decided to walk with her to the swings/slides etc. After 10 minutes of her just going around and around on the slide, we decided it was time to go; since my aunt comes and collects her and my sister to go to their home to babysit.

After getting rid of them, I just did some boring revision...

Wednesday
Today, I had to go into university early since I had a deadline of giving in the coursework before 12pm since that's when the business department office closes. So whilst on the bus going into town, A rings me saying whereabouts am I. I thought we were going to meet at the computer room since it's not wasting her time then. But instead she said she shall walk to near to my bus stop (which was at Primark store), I thought this was so sweet of her to do this for me, since no-one really does this for me; I always do stuff for others but never ask anything in return.

Well gave that coursework in which took us a while to walk all the way to the business department, made us sweaty since it was sunny. But afterwards we just didn't really do much, so she just came for no reason in a way. But we tried to do some revision for our computing modules since we are doing the same :)

When I came back, the phone rang and it was my sister saying this:
"Could you look after the kids with me?"
Me: "What? Why?"
My sister: "Could you come with me?"
Me: "I'm busy, I'll ask brother" (As I was going to do revision :P )
*Me asking my brother at this time*
Me: "Brother goes why?"
My sister: "Oh, I gotta go now"
What the eck was all that about? Why does she want help to look after the kids?
... a while later they arrive at our home
My aunt drops the kids and my sister at ours. I saw the youngest cousin was at a weird position when sitting but wasn't too sure what the 'eck was going on with everything else. My aunt went off as she had to go to work.

I go asking my sister what the eck is going on?
... Eventually she explains the whole situation, how the youngest jumped off couple of stairs, copying her sister, and sorta landed on her front side and somehow injured her arm.
Then my sister said that my aunt thinks that her arm might be dislocated and needs to be taken to the hospital to make sure. But with everything happening so quick, I couldn't have time to get stuff ready to go with her.

But before the taxi came to take my sister and the kids to hospital, I was carrying the youngest in my arms as she was crying.. but she didn't seem like she was in alot of pain? As if your body part gets dislocated wouldn't you be in a lot of pain even if someone picks you up?

After they went, and a few hours went pass. I was like getting worried about them, so I texted my sister... but no reply. I tried again and still no reply. I was getting flipping scared. But when she finally picked up the phone, she told me that the youngest just had a big bruise and nothing else. Man, I was just telling my sister off for not contacting us but just the aunt! As she made me totally worried, grrr!

pizza issue

Today was a Bank Holiday Monday, so I stayed home since I don't think the university would be opened on Bank Holiday. Since it was bank holiday, my mum had to work on her day off from the week. My aunt had to work too so guess who had to look after kids ... ya me.


This is what happened, my aunt took my sister away for abit.

I had to help the kids eat, well the oldest ate all her food by herself whilst the youngest didn't eat all her meals ... hmm.


But the problem is that: did they eat before coming to ours? Also when? Wah, why doesn't my aunt tell me before she leaves me with her kids?!?

So after lunch, my sister still hasn't come yet, I decided to make stuff with those pipe cleaners with the children, the oldest made a spider whilst I helped the youngest make a monster which had 4legs a flat base body and had a paper bear sitting on it's back. That was fun for me :) Whilst making with pipe cleaners that when my sister came back... tsk.

Before dinner, the kids was hungry about 5.30ish so I was about to give them some snacks (aka bread or something) and then dad rang saying he's going to buy pizza. So I thought I should not allow them to eat snack since we are going to have dinner soon. So I tell the kids:
"We are going to eat Pizza soon as your uncle is going to bring some home, so don't eat bread now okay." But then my brother goes to me:
"Why did you go and make them go hyped on wanting pizza?!!"
I was thinking I didn't make them go hyped on wanting pizza I just didn't want to spoil their appetite as we are going to eat dinner which is apparently pizza. Then he says:
"You know there are foods which are healthier than pizza like the bread and such".
But I go to him, but it's dinner though. Since the dinner is pizza therefore eat pizza.

I think my brother just wanted to eat the pizza mainly by himself and not share it with the kids. He can go crazy on these types of food. Last time, I ate the last pack of chips (since my parents usually brings them home from work aka the leftover chips) and my brother went crazy saying I ate it all and such. I was like:
"Urm, why don't you just ask dad to bring some chips tonight then?"

Man, it's not the end of the world if I eat the chips for once when he wants it.

Relationship all about sex

Today, my sister went to see her boyfriend in another City as usual. It was obvious as usual that she would not really just spend time hanging out with her boyfriend; it's always doing something like watching a film then afterwards a casual sex.

Is that what a relationship is? Always with the sex? I just hope when I go out with someone that it wouldn't always just concern with sex, as that's just not a real relationship if that's all you do!

Anyway, I just stayed home as usual doing abit of revision =/ boring my life, I think my sister would have alot to talk about if she has a blog ^_^". (However, you might not understand her phrasing of words though, as sometimes I don't get it either but it gives you a laugh about how she writes her sentences sometimes ;) It would probably be the funniest blog ever even if it's not suppose to be funny, lol!)

Naggy moi

I had to come into university at 9am to go to a seminar for an hour and then it's finished for lectures/seminars for the year... well I have to go to university for the exams which are going to be very hard, I bet! Since the university I am attending now is very high standard and well-populated, I still wonder if I was meant to go to that university.

So after my seminar, me and JJ went to the computers to do work. I thought I was going to do some economics revision, however I did the coursework which is due on Wednesday as I said quite a few times. But whilst I was doing the coursework, I didn't understand it so I kept asking JJ for help, yes I kept pestering her every 5 minutes (yes literally every 5 minutes). I think she was abit pissed off with me so I like decided to suffer my coursework in silent.

I know I haven't known JJ that long only at university but I think she can be high-tempered in a way if that is the right word; once I was texting her jokingly about some work I think and she was there biting my head off with her text messages ... *sniff* T_T. But I do think she knows that she can be like that as she apologise to me the following day at university not too obvious though.
I think sometimes she can get so pissed off if things don't go her way, as she was teaching me to do some computing programming coursework and I didn't know how to do it, lost her mind abit. But her method of explaining is to let them solve it the problem abit at a time when she's there giving hints, which is probably the best method ever!

Anyway, I decided that she wanted to be left in peace to do her coursework so I said bie bie to her and went to see A. A course-mate who was with A and me, said she wanted to drop part of her course (she was doing joint-honours degree too). Because she didn't have the time ... not to be evil or something but university course don't take a short time to do. But she did have her child to look after. It's abit stupid to do a course when you have a child to look after who is about 2years old or so, as a child needs alot of attention. She could have just tried to find a job for abit longer until the kid starts school then start university course. But I guess some cases are different and might require to gain degree faster.

Happy Birthday L!!!

Happy birthday to L, she's finally 19!!!

I went to university again as usual even if no lectures at all, but I did some programming notes. Does anyone have any tips about how to learn programming?!???! I'm so shit at this programming! Perhaps, but destiny with Programming was never to be together.

Freaky

Today, I didn't need to go to university until 2pm since that was my only seminar for the day. So I just stayed at home, when aunt came to ours to drop off her kid formy sister to look after, my cousin kept crying saying that she doesn't want to go, and she just stayed at our front garden crying her head off.

When I realised that my aunt was at our house, I thought I would just go say hey to her but when I saw my cousin just crying her head off. My aunt goes to her daughter, "Look *my name*, is there". You would not believe what happened next, my cousin saw me then she just suddenly stopped crying full stop.
That's just great ... I got someone attached to me D: But when she stopped crying, she walked from the front garden into our home without a fuss. I think we were shocked how she didn't cry at all, which is a good thing I guess but not really for me though T_T. I think my sister was slightly jealous because of how my cousin stops crying when she's with me. But I think it's just because my cousin is just use to having my sister looking after her and her sister at her home.

Too bad for my cousin, I went to university soon after she came about 12.30ish.
