Does anyone get a huge amount of skin peeling off in their mouth?
It is usually in the lining on all the inner lip and gums? I tend to have it every several months at a time which last for over 2weeks. I do not believe it has to do with me changing my toothpaste as I have been using Sensodyne for years now.
I have not had the routine skin peeling yet but it usually does tend to start during winter season.
Below is a picture of my skin from my mouth. Sometimes the skin in my mouth is very long; peeled from one side to the other side of my mouth.

Same old same old
Friday, 6 November 2009
Today, I went to volunteer for RSPCA as usual. I did mainly stock taking, putting up new stock, steaming and I stayed on the tills for longer today; due to the lady that is usually on it, left earlier than last week. I would have done more stuff during my time there but I was going way too fast for the supporting manageress to have any stuff for me to put out.
Hmm, hopefully Sainsbury's would be busy busy as I hate to waste time. But I do not mind using my time to help in any way for the customers :)

2nd Induction day
Wednesday, 4 November 2009
Second induction day at Sainsbury's was similar to first day. In the training room, where we learn more about Sainsbury's security, Think25 policy, pests, different replenishment tickets. We had a go at replenishment at Fresh department which is where I would be at. It was pretty cold especially with no gloves. I had customers coming up to me asking me where items where which I had no idea.
I got extra stuff with my uniform due to which department I shall be working at; includes knife (to cut boxes open not very sharp for obvious reasons), gloves and an extra jacket as it tends to get cold in the Fresh food department.
During the evening when I am back home, my "aunt and uncle" came to help look after my nephew whilst I was at the induction. Since my sister has to work from 4pm onwards, I would not be back from induction by that time as the induction took from 9-5pm.

1st Induction day
Tuesday, 3 November 2009
It is a whole day in this training room but with several activities where we had to get up to the front and back of the store.
It was about issues about Sainsbury's health and safety, history of Sainsbury's, products and layout of the store, serving customers and many more stuff. It was an alright day, just listening and meeting new colleagues who might not be in my department though since this day and tomorrow is mainly training.
We had to either bring our own food or buy it from the canteen or buy it from Sainsbury's store but keep receipt for proof to bringing it to the canteen to eat. I knowing it is me, I brought my own sandwich. It was so boring at lunchtime, everyone was bloody quiet! I kept trying to make conversations and everyone just gave me mainly one word answer. T_T, I do not know what to talk about roar!
It started about 10ish but we sort of was together at 9am but everyone was late. We ended at 5pm and I had to talk to the bus which took 1:30hours! But what do you expect during rush hour.
So I got my uniform to bring home whilst we were all leaving. Oh my gosh, I am part of a multi-corporation firm now!
My working hours are not bad, but I am also babysitting after work... bah! Not bad but tiring.

Fast Reply!
Monday, 2 November 2009
I got an email at 09:43 from Sainsbury's. "Following on from your recent interview, we are delighted to confirm that you have been successful in your application.". What? What does this mean...? I got the job?
So I rang the number about 11am, they asked me about a bunch of questions to confirm and details about my references. They also told me I have to do an induction days, which is... tomorrow and Wednesday! Fast I know! I just had an interview on Saturday and response already on Monday.
They told me I could wear casual wear no trainers nor jeans. So I shall be wearing my Burberry top and some black trousers.
Hmm, what time do I have to wake up to be there at 9am? Perhaps I shall wake up at 6am to be sure.

What should I do?
My sister who wants me to babysit her child for a while, so does my 3year studying goes to waste? She is probably going to make me look after him until he can walk and that is a long time away still.
So what should I do?
Part-time job with flexible hours? Be a full time babysitter?
I am pretty confused. I do not mind helping out my sister with babysitting but as a full-time job? So my studying of Accounting-Information Systems there is no point for it?
I hope I do get a job at Sainsbury's, as it is part-time but I could hopefully do over-time. As it could provide me many opportunities for me due to my situation for the time being. I would have to get up extra early but I would do that to work at any job.

Sucking on toes
Sunday, 1 November 2009
Lately, my nephew has started to suck on his toes once he has a hold of them. Everytime he gets a nappy change, he would use that as an opportunity to go suck on his toes. Just today, he decided to lick all over his feet; the feet part where it can reach his tongue to.

Sainsbury's
Saturday, 31 October 2009
Today, I had the interview for General Assistant at Sainsbury's.
I asked my dad to drive me on Thursday as I would not have the time to do a test run of how long it would take me to Sainsbury's on the bus; since I had to go to volunteer at RSPCA on Friday mornings. So yesterday night, I was hoping my sister would come back home straight away after closing up. But nope, it took her a while to come back; closes at 12midnight and usually takes 30minutes drive to home but it was 00:50 when she came back, because she had to also drive someone else home who lives in Pudsey.
So, it was 01:30 when I got the chance to leave my nephew with his mother.
The interview was to start at 9:30am, so I woke up at 7:00 to get prepared and make my usual egg sandwiches to eat for breakfast. 08:30 left home with my dad driving me there.
Hmm, 09:00 still got plenty of time before interview, so went shopping with my dad in Sainsbury's.
09:15, enough waiting time to go to the customer service desk to ask for interviewer. I was told to follow a security man since he was going to the staff canteen.
09:17, hmm sat at the canteen waiting for the interviewer (head of the department I applied for).
09:30, met with the interviewer and walked with her to a training room. Talking about what the job is, how many people in that department, discounts and schemes. She just asked me several questions about my previous employment and if I enjoyed it and also about what am I doing currently. I was going to ask her questions about "Training and Overtime" but she gave me all the answers before she asked if there were any questions.
09:50, I was asked to watch a dvd with an booklet which I had to write in. Dvd is split into 4sections; mainly about scenarios and numeracy. The interviewer said the dvd would run for about 30minutes.
10:25, finish answering the booklet therefore finish interview.
I decided to explore the mall where Sainsbury's was part of, the mall was not very exciting. I would prefer town to this mall.

What already?
Friday, 30 October 2009
I filled in an application online for Boots and Sainsburys on Monday evening. I thought "Oh, I would not get a reply until next week". Text message on Thursday 08:55 "Great News! Sainsbury's wants to interview you. (more details about reference code and number to ring). That is some fast response. Something is more surprising is, I called at 12 in the afternoon to make an appointment to be interviewed. "Your interview is only been held on Saturday" (Okay I thought). "On 31st October" (What?!! That is just this week?!?).
So yeah, I get 2 days to get ready for the interview BUT... I got to go to charity the next morning as committed to work there for a while.
So wish me luck in getting the job at Sainsbury's. Come by if I get a job... Hahaha! You would not know who I am!

Charity
I have recently started to volunteer at 2 charity shops; RSPCA and Help the Aged. After working there for a few weeks, I realised something, I would buy things from a charity store. I would even go there to buy all my clothes! I have not yet though due to having way enough clothes. But there are alot of decent clothes there, and it is not as if you are not going to wash the clothes.
At the charities store, I have been steaming so many clothes half of which I would not mind buying myself. So recently I have been in the charity shops searching for board books for my nephew to read. I got a "Here's a Happy PIG" board book for him, which would cost only 49p in the charity shop but the staff who working mainly full-time (not manageress) told me I could have the book for free! How cool is that! Well it is quite a small store not as busy as the other charity shop I am volunteering for.
So volunteer at a charity today to change your views about buying from there!
Just last week, there was a Juicy couture hangbag for only £35! But got sold last week when I was working there, telling them it is worth alot of money for a Juicy bag. The customer who bought it, was buying it for her daughter! Fashionable daughter or what!
